Andrew was very helpful. However, after he let me know that my car was done, and I paid, I went out to the service drive and showed my receipt to the young men at the podium. He said that he would get it and I could wait on the benches. I could see my car in the parking lot. I waited perhaps 10 minutes (in the heat) and went to the podium again. The young man said, "oh it is probably in the wash bay." Another 5-8 minutes went by when they finally brought my car up and I noted that it had not been washed. Andrew walked by and asked if everything was ok. I said that it appeared my car had not been washed. He said that there was water on the hood. My husband pointed out that it was not water, it was sap. Andrew shrugged his shoulders and walked away. This is not the kind of service that I expect from Right Honda.
