Technician did quickly.Enjoyed coffee and light brakfast.

Apart from some confusion as to the Lyft rise to my home after dropping the car off the rest of the experience was commendable.

I really hate the salesmen cruising the waiting room trying to drum up business. It’s annoying and is making me consider taking business elsewhere in the future. Every time I am there someone is trolling the waiting customers.

Oil was not wiped under the car, when came home there is oil stains in my garage because technicians were too lazy to wipe oil after they drained and unscrewed oil filter last time was fine but not this time...I am 5hinking going to another Honda dealer next time...

Keep in mind as you’re reading these comments, I have purchased 4 new vehicles from Right Honda over the years. I asked for my tires to be rotated, which was to be included in my service package when I purchased the car.....I have 22k miles on the car and I don't think Right Honda has yet to rotate them after multiple requests. After I mentioned this to my service associate, he said they only rotate tires if the tires are showing wear, that just doesn’t make sense to me. The standard is every 5k miles. When the car was returned to me after the oil change, the drivers seat was in a completely different position as well as the steering column. Almost like the seat was over halfway inclined......why the need to even mess with the owners seat configuration? I brought this to my service associate and he said it was for the safety of the valet driver. I don’t believe this for a second. Most people can drive a car approx 50 feet even if the car seat isn’t to their preference. The Air conditioning was full blast at 60 degrees and a grease mark on drivers side panel.....again why the need to have the AC blasting? If it's for inspection purposes, return it to a reasonable setting. Car wash was returned to me dirtier compared to when I dropped it off. I’m pretty generous on surveys and feedback, but Honda missed the mark during this visit.
