1. I asked for my vehicle to have the oil changed and the tires rotated. When I received my invoice, it only mentioned that an oil change had been performed. When I asked for clarification via the texts I had been receiving, I received no response. 2. The charges for some levels of suggested devices seem grossly inflated. The charges for replacing filters and vacuuming ventsin my vehicle are over 700% more expensive than purchasing the parts and installing myself. If the rate were more reasonable, I may have been willing to pay for the convenience of someone else installing for me. 3. It was impossible to hear and understand the video from the tech’s inspection. 4. One of the suggested services was to install and torque 4 tires, as well as an alignment, but the suggested services are unclear that the plan is to install and torque 4 brand new tires. Maybe this was mentioned in the video, but it was too difficult to understand and hear. It is irritating and insulting to me that I asked for simple routine maintenance and an upsell of over $2,000 was attempted. If my vehicle needs that much work, a phone call is necessary. I will not be bringing my vehicle back to Gregg Young for service. The only thing that I appreciated about the service I received was that I could drop my vehicle off the night before to be serviced in my hometown.

I called and made appt.Told the girl everything that needed to be done. Got there and I wasn't on the schedule. They changed the oil and told me I needed to make another appointment for the recall and another issue I have been pointing since I purchased the truck. Not happy.

We were led to believe our warranty work was going to be done on our 1st visit on 9/11, but we had to return for another 2 hr appt. Now a peice of black plastic fell off the door handle area that you worked on...I'm just going to try to figure out how to fix it myself!

I scheduled an oil change but once I got there, there had been miscommunication on GY end and they had planned an airbag replacement. My 30 minute appointment i had planned on turned into 3 hours. As a new mom, I needed very badly to pump and had no ability to do so. My phone and laptop had died so I then had to use PTO. I was extremely disappointed in service. No one seemed to care or apologize either.

Better communication on 2nd week. I do want the team to be mindful of returning cars with the same amount of gas and tire pressure the customers leave them at the dealer. Both my back tires were at 30 and front at 36 and less than a 1/4 tank. I do not and did not expect a full tank of gas but atleast to the amount I took it in. Other than that I appreciated the wash and vacuum. Truck feels and sounds good. Thanks for the service.

Way overpriced on everything wanted 115 dollars for a gas cap bought one from oreillys for 11 bucks plus 220 for your inspection will never do business with you again wanted.

I came from out of town for a 9:30 AM appointment .I was told my vehicle would be done around noon. It was not completed until after 1:30 PM. To add insult to injury when my vehicle was turned over to me, the drivers side floor mat and door jam was covered in dirt from the mechanic. I am not impressed with my experience.

Dylan was very friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and directed me to break area Waited for the service, then he explained the good and bad of the overall service. Politely offered the services to fix problems. I declined. Had me sign a copy and sent me homevwith copy and I can choose how or when to correct deficits. Very understanding and explained the urgency of correction of problems and I paid my bill. Very happy with service provided!
