The safety checklist was not completed accurately for the 2nd time in a row. My horn does not work which was checked off as green in two consecutive visits. I discussed this both times with Amber and she was very apologetic. She is always wonderful to work with. I have concerns about the technicians work ethic and quality of work. Amber shared it was 2 different technicians which is even more concerning. Are they checking other boxes green without actually testing/checking? I also noticed after I returned home that my wiper fluid was never filled which was disappointing for a $100 service appointment.
