I went to a friends body shop asking their opinion.
They couldn’t understand your cost for the steering rack for approximately 5,000. For 5,000 I would probably look for another car. I’ve decided to have them do the steering rack and tire rod plus alignment. I do appreciate you throughly go over my vehicle so I know what needs fixing. That is why I will continue having my oil changed with you.
Always in the past you have been nice enough to wash my vehicle, but this time it was not washed. That’s okay and thanks for you diagnosing the problems.

Dylan is easy to work with and was as accommodating as possible. I think the sales team should discuss deductibles when selling the Gregg Young certified warranty so people aren’t blindsided when these issues occur. The mechanic was very knowledgeable, but now my car has a rattling noise I will have to figure out.
