Service took too long when I had an appointment. Also the agent had poor communication skills. I kept having to get her attention when I was standing right in front of her. It’s not hard to acknowledge a customer. And then she seemingly got snarky saying is the AC working inside ? Like wtf that has to do with me coming out because I received a message saying my vehicle was ready. Rude for no reason!

Marcos needs to enunciate his English a heck of a lot. Too much South-of-the-border influence; filter that out a bit and we could probably understand what he is saying when he speaks.
