My service advisor was not too helpful. I had to have the parts manager Tim assist me to get my vehicle parts in. Besides I didn’t really understand him when his was speaking to me.

Multi point check took several hours and service rep said this was stated at check in nothing was said about being behind or taking several hours. I make an appointment as I live an hour away because I stay and wait for the vehicle an inspection should not take several hours.

Service time was very excessive. Suggest rotating shop personnel lunch times or hiring more shop personnel or not scheduling customers during lunch time. Any of these suggestions would improve customer service.

I made an appointment few days before my service date for a 15k service
After driving 115 miles (230 total) to drop the car off I was informed my service contract expired 12 days earlier.
I of course would not have driven this distance if I had known the contract expired
The communication on this was very poor
