It was really annoying that Jason was the only one able to help pay/leave when there were 4 other people right there. There was an angry couple that Jason was dealing with so we were waiting for that for a while. Finally (i think his name was Tom?) Tried to help us and then someone else did too but couldn't complete the transaction because Jason wrote up our bill to $800 instead of the $260 i approved through their text messaging system. Jason finally finished with the other angry people and the. Basically blamed me for the discrepancy in price. I told him that if I would have been presented with the process he wrote it up for, I would have declined the service. I assumed what they had as a $0 charge was under warranty. So I told Jason to go head and remove the parts they replaced because I had approved a $260 charge, not $800. Someone else approached who was clearly above Jason and told him to take care of the situation. Jason then said he would go have them remove all the parts. I asked him if he wanted to confirm what the other gentleman meant by "take care of jt." He cane back and charged me the $260 and I left. We will not be continuing any further servicing of our current or future vehicles at your location.
