Rajeev did a great job in the midst of a difficult circumstance! There was a shortage of Toyota Certified mechanics to fix my Tacoma’s recall issue. I had two issues identified in our initial purchase of our vehicle in early October. Upon scheduling the appointment both issues were mentioned again. At the end of the appointment only one issue was addressed. The other issue was not addressed. The service manager was not aware of it despite being present initially. Now I have to make another trip.
The job on the one of two issues was satisfactory. Service personnel friendly.

Just one thing, when they checked the air filter in glove compartment they didn’t put it back in place, went to retrieve something fr compartment it wouldn’t close had hard time replacing whatever was not put back in place..
