Reason i said no to the service is not cause of the overall service, that was excellent. My problem was when I walked in the door,the other woman in the service desk ( NOT MARCELINA). I said good morning and was going to ask if there was anyway I could get a oil change with an appointment.Well, I started to talk to her and she just left, walked away and just left me there standing,at that moment Marceline saw exactly what happened to me, and she politely stepped in and offered her help, and she did, she said they would surely get me in, she took my information and got me fixed for the oil change. Somebody needs to talk to that other woman and teach her how to treat customers. If I would of have been a hurry, I could of easily walked out and gone somewhere else. She is one good reason you might loose customers. I have been taking my car there since day one and completely satisfied with your service. Don't let that other person ruin it. Marcelina does a good politely job.

I brought my Jeep Renegade in for a service and tire rotation and to fix a driving light that was previously fixed at my last service. I was there 3 hours to find out the tech had messed up 5 wheel studs and had to replace them, then on the paperwork it said that 2 of them would need attention later!! What does that mean??? Then the light that needs fixed never got fixed. The tech had plenty of time while waiting for the new wheel studs to be delivered could have fixed the light!!

Everything was great except one small thing: the prices weren't totally transparent; I wasn't informed the programming cost extra. I believe it was just a little oversight, not a huge deal. I'd suggest all the related prices are notified clearly in the future.
