Under staffed! People backed up waiting and a manager walks over and putts a hand written appointment in front of of advisor and walks off. Over an hour past when my vehicle was done. Got a call that it was ready after we were home with it. Anna is amazing and does not deserve to be **** on by this place. I can go on and on since I was waiting for almost two hours after I was told my vehicle would be done. Sorry but I’ve never had a positive experience at this dealship. Larry H miller would be good place to send staff for training. I will try to stay off your lot in future. Shame to that 3 Toyotas and Mercedes we bought in last year won’t be replaced here.
