Yes, I was very well pleased with my visit there. I love how you have coffee for us while we wait and plug in areas for times where we wait for over an hour. It doesnt seem that long while you are occupied.

I was hesitant about coming back to service dept after last disastrous visit. However I want to absolutely say I am 100% satisfied (if I could give more I would) due to the service I received from Alex. He is spectacular- very professional, kind, communicative, and thorough. Please acknowledge him dor a job well done. I may have only had a tire issue but because of Alex I will bring my car in no matter the issue.
