After driving over an hour home, I opened the messages sent to me while at the dealership. My fault on one hand that I waited until I got home. I thought they were just informing me when the technician started and finished. However, I'm those text were a link that stated my oil pan gasket was leaking and that it should urgently be repaired/ replaced. This was never discussed personally with me, nor was it in the final paperwork I received from Lily. Wouldn't you think it wiser to discuss this. Especially since I was there for an oil change! All other information pertaining to what was done to my vehicle was discussed and in that paperwork/ receipt. This is unacceptable.
