We have brought our palisade in 3 times since December 22nd without resolution. Initially we believed there was a problem with the driver seat power assembly. The replacement part was ordered and paid for in December. Brought the car in last week to have the repair done and after removing the panel, discovered cut wires under the driver’s seat. Clearly not rodent damage, something even the service department agreed with us on. The wires are inaccessible without removing the panel. Service department had no explanation for who cut the wires. It is without a doubt the only people who have removed the panel from that seat, the service center at Grubbs. Absolutely refused to accept responsibility and are forcing us to pay hundreds to fix a problem we did not create. Now the proposed solution is a $900, two day repair just to strip and reconnect the severed wires to the harness. The only other option was a $2,300 repair that would basically replace the entire seat. Any redneck could reconnect the harness in 30 minutes and only cost me a beer. One of two things have happened. Either it’s a design issue that is Hyundai’s fault or a tech at Grubbs cut the wires accidentally and won’t accept fault. It’s completely unacceptable. We love our palisade and our experience with sales at Grubbs but the service department is a joke.

You had my car for 2 weeks and still could not tell me the issue other than suspecting bad gas for the 2nd time. When Aaron told me that since I had just "dumped" my car with u, they could not tell how long it would take to get an estimate ready. I had my car towed elsewhere since it was obvious it was not going to be looked at any time soon. I can now say for certain it was not bad gas. It is an issue with the motor dumping oil on a fuel injector. This should be covered by warranty.I hope others do not have this experience with your dealership.
