Eric is always professional and kind. He al aye keeps me informed of the status of my car. Plus I love the waiting room set up. I always get a hot chocolate. I told him what was wrong with my car and he got to diagnostics immediately gave me a quote and helped me figure out what was the best payment plan for me since my transmission was blown out and needed a completely new one.
