Eric was very personable and helpful in setting up my service appointment. Another service writer Flaco assisted with the paper work. All of the warranty items were completed as requested. I was told the schedule maintenance would only take about 1.5 to 2 hours. We were there for 3 hours. Then I was returned the car after the wash with water on my passenger seat and passenger inside door. Our advisor was nice enough to take pictures to report it to the manager.

I made arrangements to drop off my car. The car was there all day and no one called me to tell me that the parts ordered were damaged. I got there and they told me it wasn’t ready and that they would order new parts in just a few days- I’ve been calling and no one has called me back. When I finally did reach someone they said they hadn’t ordered the parts as yet. No one has reached out - I’m super disappointed with the service.
