I was a walk-in and amazed at how quickly my service was completed. Communication was wonderful, also. Eric was very friendly, as well and did not try to sell me on unnecessary services. I am very thankful for the service I received today!

This isn’t specifically about Abby but more about the entire front desk staff. On multiple occasions I’ve walked in and there are 2-3 people not helping anyone and they are either just talking to each other, on their phones, or working on the computer and I just stand there waiting for someone to acknowledge me. And when I finally do get acknowledged a few minutes later they don’t seem happy to help me. I’ve also been asked several times to fill out this survey and give 10s…doesn’t seem professional.
