I was so worried about driving my car. The vibration felt very unsafe to me. Service took care of me & put me at ease that my tires were not falling off. He even showed me the issue & rotated my tires back so I wouldn’t feel the vibration as much. Amazing service & made me feel valued & respected.

Wait time 6/10 yes I know services you have to wait which I didn’t mind until I was ready for Uber to go get some food I was told my car was ready it wasn’t I waited another 40 minutes to get it. I also saw my car just sitting there prior to me going to request an Uber. Waiting three hours and I’m sure my car was done sooner.
Maybe focus on wait times instead of a car wash i would’ve rather been done sooner instead of waiting for hours after my car.
Then I got my report back with green check marks on everything, yet my check oil notification was still on then my windshield wipers broke.
Why check things off the list if they weren’t looked at ? I don’t know what is looked at during recalls but let’s not have people wait three hours
