My car is down shifting abnormally, not sure what happened during the service today. It may need to be recalibrated to sync transmission and engine. I tried calling back but was on hold for 40 minutes and then I could not reach anyone after that. I will need to return.
Geovanni’s service this morning was friendly, he greeted me and thanked me when I left. He was very knowledgeable and genuine. I appreciate his service.

Eric was very friendly and kept me informed. My only complaint is that the check oil sensor is still on. It was not reset in November when I had the oil changed and I specifically asked if it could be reset and it is still on.
