The total charge was higher than what I agreed to. Receive message about total charge is $96 , I had the option to pay by my self but I decided to go to the counter, they tell me the total is over $130. Unbelievable.Tyler fixed the price for me at the end.

I’m always vigilant to check the motor oil following any service and was a little disappointed to find that the vehicle was 1/4 quart under filled following an oil change. My wife did also have to go back to the dealership after she had left in order to have them reset the maintenance reminder on the dash.
These are minor things, but they do affect customer satisfaction.

I had a 11:16 appointment for my vehicle. At 12:15 I checked on it and Was told it would be another 15 minutes as they were running behind. All I had done was a tire rotation and maintenance check. I understand sometimes places are short staffed but I should have been told this upfront.
