When I arrived someone immediately came up to my car. I was then approached by a young man who was polite and very helpful, I wish I could remember his name, but I was in a hurry and did not get his name, in the end he brought me my papers and was so kind and he wished me a great day with a smile on his face.
He let me know there was water and snacks as well.
Finally he said it would take 45 minutes to an hour and the car was ready on time. Thank you to the woman who greeted me and the young man who got my information and did the rest.

One thing that I think that would be good for you to do would be return the display back to where it was after resetting the service settings. This not a big deal but being a technician myself it is something that I do so the customer doesn’t have to do.
