It is a ridiculous wait time for simple service like tire rotation or oil change . Two to three wek wait for an appointment . This has been going on for 3_4 years with lots of excuses why it takes so long for an appointment or promises that it will improve. c.B. Was great once I actually got an appointment.

Normally, I am satisfied with the service. However, this time I was not because at check-in, I informed the lady that I've been hearing some popping noises when I get on the brake and when I turn periodically. At checkout I asked the guy if the noise was something to be concerned about or not, and he had no clue. He stated that such and such checked me in, and he didn't know anything about checking for a popping noise. I asked for it to be checked out along with my oil change due to going out of State next week.
