I was quoted the wrong price on a brake repair and then, when I received the right price, I would’ve proceeded with the work. It was too late in the day to get it done. I was charged a diagnostic fee of $165. Doesn’t seem I should be charged a fee when it was not possible to do the work because of the mistake in the pricing.
