Coad Toyota wrote the book on excellent service. From the time we enter the service department, checking in , entering the waiting area with comfortable seating, tv to watch or snacks to eat, to updates on service and then check out. Coad has kept the customer’s needs first and foremost. The wait time getting my service was short and efficient. My experience was one that is rare in today’s business world.

No one at more then one Toyota seems to know how to turn off the goofy safety warnings that pop up on the dash. Even when they think they have turned them off they still flash on. They are more distracting than anything anyone can possibly do. It doesn’t like when I wear sunglasses.
