He didn't tell me about the 20 point Inspection being sent to me in a text. He didn't tell me that the technician had recommended another repair and I didn't find out about it until I got home, eliminating my being able to schedule another appointment while I was still at the dealership.

We scheduled a service to be completed today. When our vehicle was done the service hadn’t been completed and they had re-diagnosed it. My husband took off of work to bring the vehicle in and now one of us will have to take off of work again to have the service actually done.
