I have no idea why he parked my car in front so I had to walk through the rain instead of calling me to pick up the car undercover side of the building. I think they also readjusted my steering wheel, has never happened before. JM has a new policy to text the customer with a very technical progress sheet for repairs which is unacceptable. In the past, it was explained to me since I know nothing about cars. I will not use Justin as my service rep again. I have a little to no contact with him so I have no idea how personable he is. I will go back to my regular guy.

The service person was checking a few things for me. my mouse pad for navigation, music, etc. has been running badly since I bought the car and I had him check it and he said there was water damage. I explained it’s been this way since I bought the car and it’s one of the certified used cars from Lexus. He said that doesn’t matter it’ll be $1700. Also my car was ready and he disappeared. I had to circle around and find someone to check me out for service. Again, not too happy with the service I received.
