My only comment concerns the 3% surcharge for using a credit card
Though some businesses do the same, it should not be the clients responsibility to pay for that charge
Most repair bills exceed the amount of cash that an ordinary person would carry
As I am a first time Toyota customer, I was not aware of this charge otherwise I would have brought a check
I have actually switched my business from several companies that charge the fee to others that do not
