This is the second time I have gotten my car back after simply getting an oil change and it was not put back together right. First, it was leaking oil and it wasn't before dropping it off. This time, the filter was not secured and my car was sounding loud and not the way it sounded before dropping it off. It is unsettling for me because I intentionally bring it to the dealer because you are the experts with my make and model car and I assume a better job would be done.
