Not a very friendly service advisor. The techs requested an extra hour of labor per side because the bolts on my 6 year old truck were too “rusty”. I’ve never ever heard of that being a thing. No one should pay a request. Not satisfied at all with my experience and will not be bringing my truck back here.

Vehicle was under warranty with multiple issues. The issues were fixed and we had no complaints with that. However, when the windshield leak was being fixed the glass guy broke the windshield wiper assembly. We asked for a loaner vehicle and were told there were none available. Given the vehicle was under warranty and unable to safely be driven due to no wiper blades I expected to be given a loaner vehicle given you guys had the truck for over two weeks.
