I dropped my Maddie off before opening hours and left instructions for her luxury spa day. She was pampered with an oil change, her pretty tires were rotated and she received new wiper blades. The service dept then returned her to me at work. Sydney left me a nice note to let me know Maddie enjoyed her spa experience and are looking forward to seeing her again.

I thought I was unlucky having pur water pump go out on our trip from Louisville to South Bend. That was far from the truth. Coincidentally just across from where we broke down was Grissom. We limped our vehicle over to the service center and met Kayla. Kayla was extremely helpful and calming right from the start. She immediately sensed the urgency of issue and provided prompt attention to our repair. I being in the industry to an extent understood repairing our water pump, unscheduled, on a Friday afternoon was a long shot. Her prompt attention to our repair allowed us to continue our trip to South Bend for our son's hockey tournament. While waiting in your dealership for the repair I noticed several things. I witnessed serval employees diligently helping customers while also being friendly to individuals they were not already helping. Those sales people also had smiles as they took their new customers on a tour of the dealership. The second thing I noticed is the wall to wall awards on display. Spending 3 hours at Grissom, and witnessing the way you treat your customers, it surprising you still have room to display anymore awards. Lastly, I didn't get to meet the technician that repaired our vehicle, but we've had no more issues and our vehicle was returned in better condition than we gave it to them. Generally visiting dealerships for sales or repairs is never pleasant. However, Kayla and your team made this an extremely pleasant experience, and I would return to purchase a new vehicle and recommend you to anyone looking even though you are almost 3 hours from home. A tremendous thank you to Kayla and your employees.

I am very appreciative of the care that I received on my 2022 Jeep Wrangler! I had initially taken it to Kahlo in Noblesville because that was closer to where I worked and easier to drop off and have coworkers take me back there but all I got was the run around from them. I wasted a lot of time dropping off my vehicle for nothing to get done and then trying to get someone to just call me back. You all were very nice and up front about everything and very prompt with communication/ calling me to get me in when my parts came in! Thank you very much!!
