The price quote for batteries was absolutely ridiculous. I elected to pick the vehicle up and buy batteries elsewhere and save over $300. It’s just a hassle to have to bring it back to complete what needed done.

I have had it in twice for the same thing and still not fixed! Key fobs are not working after Jeep has set for a while! Any advise you can tell the techs at Grissom Chrysler Jeep would be grateful! Not getting to use the automatic start in these freezing temps is not good! Especially with my auto immune disease being cold it’s not an option for me. It is actually a big no-no.

The only think I would suggest is actually calling to let someone know what is going on with their vehicle. I was told I would get a call when they identified the issue and no one called. My husband had to call at the end of the day just to find out they didn't have the part and the Jeep wouldn't be ready until the next day.
