The service was great at informing me of my cars needs and was friendly and courteous. I also had a tire that needed patching which they did but the service took an extra 1.5 hours longer because whoever worked on either rotating the tires or changing out the tires stripped the threads on the wheel studs that are used to anchor the wheels with the lug nuts. I have had great service until that time. I guess these things happen from time to yome but Iit causes me to suspect the integrity of those who do the actual service on the vehicle.

Theodore did a great job as my advisor. He went over my maintenance history, spotted the most pressing needs, and throughly explained the projected cost of my maintenance visit. When an new item popped up during the initial review of my car by the mechanic, Theodore called me and again gave me a full review of the new maintenance issue.
