This was my first time to have Alexander Shepard as my Service Advisor. Alexander was very helpful about service details and information regarding the two tires needing replaced because of nails in the two tires and two tires that were good for 20,000 miles as they are now. I was inquiring about new cars and Alexander had Zack Jones help provide me with information.

Car dropped off at 7:20 for a 7:30 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation (which I'm not sure was done). At 8:40, I finally decided to inquire as to status. After waiting 5 minutes for representative to return (from somewhere), I was told car was ready.
(When was it ready? Why did I have to ask?)
Not so sure why a scheduled oil change (and tire rotation that, again, I don't see indicated on the paperwork that it was done) took over one hour.
