Today Wednesday February 11th I came into Honda to return the rental car and pick up my vehicle that was serviced for a Timing belt. When I received my vehicle everything seemed alright until I turned on my headlights and now my passenger side is no longer working. It wasnt any problems before and after the diagnosis report of my vehicle and now im having this problem the same day I receive my vehicle that doesn't happen out of nowhere. Theo was very helpful, but the service seemed to be very poor. There were warranties for my vehicle but the employees claimed my issues weren't covered by warranty.They cracked a boot under my hood, and then called me to tell me that I needed to replace it by paying 80.00 or my vehicle wouldn't be released to me. My headlight needs to be replaced no fault to me because my headlights are fairly new.
