Hello. I think the customer service at this location has gone downhill. I used to visit and the workers would look at my account and see what I needed serviced that time based on my previous visit, but now they don’t seem to know. Last time I went they charged me $154 to “see what I needed serviced,” which was a surprise to me. Today, I was getting my car serviced and I went in thinking I was going to replace my rotor because last visit they said I needed to get them replaced. I was told it would be $297 for the front and another $297 for the back. This time when I asked the worker said it was going to be $497 for just the front. I feel like the trust I had for the company is gone. So I ended up not getting the rotors replaced today. I also went in for an oil change today with a coupon. The coupon was from a email from Honda, but when I showed it to the worker he did not recognize it so we had to get a manager. The manager then confirm that they accept those coupons. We signed on the work order and price, but when I went back to get my car, the coupon was removed. I asked to talk to a manager but was told they were unavailable and to wait. I was not able to do that because I had a doctor’s appointment that I would’ve been late to. The issue isn’t whether or not the coupon is accepted or the money, it’s the fact that we agreed on something and signed and then they went back and changed their minds. I am very disappointed with my experience at this Honda location. I have three Hondas at home and it’s very unlikely that I will be back after getting serviced there for 4 years. Thank you.

My appointment was for oil change and tire rotation( bought my tire there and was reminded it was free). I was told to make a separate appointment for the recall ( was not a problem). When I got there I was told they could do the recall it would only take a couple of hours (ok I was dropping my car off). My appointment was for 10 am. I came back after 2:30. Nothing had been done to my vehicle. The person who originally “helped” me was at lunch so someone I knew helped me. I ended up picking my car up the next day (my Birthday 45 minutes away from my house). I got a call after 6 that my car was ready after the department closed. I was charged for tire rotation. Not happy. The second person that helped me was great. He even had to replace the batteries in my key fob.

Anderson Honda are based on my career experiences of 50+ years in the field of sales, marketing and customer service management training with Goodyear tire and rubbers none automotive general and engineered rubber products and also fiber Webb international is non-textile products Anyway as a farmer breakaway Honda customer I was impressed by the changes brought by the new Fred Anderson via the upgrade and dealership facilities in personnel, the fresh new boat look of the in the renovation to provide Customer convenience and comfort is great. I was pleased by the efficient changes to the service riders area and it’s a company and customer waiting lounge indicating excellent focus on providing customer, comfort and care. I was impressed by the Assistance service manager his name is Eric not sure about the pronunciation KONOPACKE who answered all my questions handled the paperwork and escorted me to your impressive customer waiting lounge the way that manager handled my needs I observed him to be very skilled and handling people he know what he was doing and liked what he was doing. I think he likes his job on a scale of one to 10 I’d rated him at 10 and hired him too I took one of his business cards from his desk and you should know he impressed me and it’s the one he’s the one I’ll be calling for my next service need I was very pleased with my service experience at Fred Anderson Honda. thank you
