My issue is that when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, no one acknowledged me. I stood, waiting for someone to greet me, but it never happened. Finally, I grew tired of waiting and walked over to a representative and asked who do I need to speak to for my car keys to be returned to me. Two customers who walked in after me, were provided service before me. My children were waiting for me outside for me to switch over the car seat and my belongings from a borrowed car. The service repair for the recall was excellent, the customer service during pick up was lack luster.

Eric will always be our contact at Fred Anderson in Greenville. From our first contact he has our interests at heart and been there to guide us regarding any and all service related issues. He is a linchpin. He asks the right questions and has the right answers. You are lucky to have him on your team. We can also give a glowing report on Patrick who took care of replacing the back windshield and wiper. Both these men were very professional and prompt. Even when we were waiting during this all day event. Drew ( a brand new salesman for new cars) was most friendly and professional. He happened by when we were trying to figure out the coffee nachine. Found the hot chocolate and made sure we were happy. All in all a very pleasant experience.
