Eric was awesome!! He really went above and beyond. He welcomed my 2 year old son with a hot wheels matchbox car. When my car needed unexpected repairs he communicated clearly and helped my navigate the repairs and pricing for everything. Very satisfied with the service. My problem was a water leak when it rained. Water would discharge through the latch in the tailgate. I had it back for repairs 4 times with same results. It still leaked. You service tech found the problem and fixed it within 24 hours. In all honesty I won’t have final results until it rains and I lift the tailgate as I did with the other 4 times. So far I have been extremely happy with your Company. I have no reason to think that the problem wasn’t resolved. It is still early in the process. No rain. Stay tuned for further news. Honda makes a good product. Bought a new Accord in the mid 80’s while I was still working. Nice story with that one. You asked me what time it was ,I built you a clock. Bob Poerstel
