Alexander was great. My only wish/suggestion is that when paying thousands of dollars (I mean thousands)for service I get a wash and vacuum. That would have been the best.

Mechanic failed to install a new air filter that I paid for. Also failed to reconnect the positive crankcase ventilation line and one more vacuum line. Tried to osell me on a new windshield but when I said I wanted OEM they said they couldn't do it. When this was Breakaway the service was outstanding. My guess is Fred bought the place and decided to put profit above quality. I had to drive my car back to fix these problems. First Class HALT or Japanese Auto Specialists do a far superior job. I will avoid anything with the Fred Anderson name. I'm done.

I scheduled this appointment ahead of time and explained what I needed and the people to do the job were not there - repairing scratches/damage to rims. Then I arrive and was told I would get new rims and I could schedule my oil change and rim repair the same day. I said ok. I was leaving and was called and told the person to repair the rims wasn’t onsite and I would have to reschedule next week and I could come back to the dealership today to do the oil change or next week when the rims can be repaired. When an appointment is scheduled, this should all be worked out before I get there.
