Mariah did a great job. I did not know my oil change frequency is now based on oil quality instead of mileage. Mariah explained that well. I would suggest you better explain that to your customers when they buy a car so they don't do what I did and make an unneeded trip to your dealership for their first service appointment

I got a little worry because when told the car was ready, it was not! Transmission did not work! A manager came and confirmed it would be fixed within 10 minutes. And it was. It runs great.

They told us to get whatever we needed and go to the waiting room 45 mins later someone came in and said is this your black odyssey and I said yes. Turns out they forgot about us. We sat for 1 hour and 50 mins. I had my three year old and my 4 month old infant. It’s hard to sit and wait for two hours. Milton was very helpful and so was Mr. Eubank. It was frustrating but hopefully it will be better next time.

Caleb Eubanks was my service advisor. He did great! But I ended up having to deal with Cory Pritchett. He was professional and courteous. I just ended up having to pay for 2 new tires and an alignment. We bought this car in Nov 2924 (2024 CRV Hybrid Sport). It had 8500 miles and was a Certified Honda Vehicle. This was the first service, so we had put 7500 miles on it. I just didn't think that a basically brand new Certified car would need new tires after 7500 miles. They recommend 4 new tires, but they said 2 were decent. Some back story. I initially brought the car in on Monday June 9 2025 for the first service. We had purchased 2 different warranties, so the oil change & tire rotation was covered. After I left the dealership, I started hearing a loud humming at around 50mph. My wife also noticed it. So I brought it back in Saturday June 14 to have the humming checked out. Turns out, all 4 tires were worn out, only on the inside edge of each tire. That's when I was told I needed 4 new tires and an alignment. My question is why didn't the technician recommend 4 new tires when I brought it in on Monday? Thank God my wife and I heard the humming and brought it back in. That could have been dangerous as they told me on Saturday that 2 tires were on very bad shape. This is our first Honda and this doesn't give me a good feeling about hiw things may go.
