Hi, today my car got its service. I don't have any complain about the car's service; however, the shuttle services was very bad. I needed to wait more than three hours after that my car was done in order that someone picked me up from home. The problem was that I called the service department and the person always told me "sorry, the driver will pick you up in 30 min" I couldn't do my work because I was waiting for the shuttle. This is not the first time that this happened to me. Some months ago I waited more than 4 hrs for my car's service and the service advisor always said "in 30 mins your car will be ready" That day I was really angry that I wanted to talk to the supervisor in turn; however, magically the supervisor had a day off. I hope that you consider people's time, it is very important for us that you talk about the real time that the service will be done. I'm a person who understand that you guys are busy but you should tell us about that you cannot have my car on time or the transportation services is not available for me in a short time and I will find other way to resolve the issue. Hope you can resolve this problem soon. Thanks!

It has been my experience from other dealerships to return my vehicle washed after service. It was not done so in this case. I was Very disappointed, especially since I purchased the car from your dealership. To take 10 to 20 minutes out of an employees time to wash the car would have shown gratitude and would have been greatly appreciated.
