Great turnaround time. One suggestion would have the service manager's continue with theach customer service even when theit portion of the transaction is complete. No one makes eye contact or says "hi". I'm guessing for fear of having to deal with a potentially angry customer. Whatever the case, the service department doesn't have a "genuine" feel. I would recommend to others but I'm just trying to make you guys better. Greeting customers is the easiest thing to do and generates a congenial feel. Hope this helps. Thank you.
