Service advisor Rick was great, Toyota was not. Refused to cover my air injection pump failure on 07 tundra, despite it being a known design failure. Tsb covers for 10 years, I just happen to be over the 150000 mile limit. Absolutely unacceptable.

Joseph was very friendly, did not try to sell me any unnecessary services. The team also checked my battery due to a recent need to jumpstart that may have been connected to loose cable connections. Even though the dealer could have said I needed a new battery and I would have paid for it, they instead said the battery passed the tests they ran and did not need to be replaced. I have always been pleased by the professionalism of the Toyota of Glendora service department and today lived up to the high standard you have always set. Additionally, Joseph was friendly, energetic and greeted me with a smile and had my car ready in under 2 hours even without an appointment. Five star service.
