Since Last 2 servicing I have been complaining about the sound when I apply breaks. I was the lad that it's standard in all Toyota vehicles and will come.it send my RAV4 ibrraks are ok but due to dust on breaks it will come and it's standard behaviors with Toyota. I have never seen a car which makes sound when applying break. I would approached if someone can help me with the break sound.

The only thing that I did not like was the volume of the TV and the guy playing with his "siri" full blast in the waiting area, and the dirty coffee cups left around there by customers. It would be welcome to move a few of those chairs into a quiet space, I don't mind napping while my old gal gets service.
