I would not say that I was completely satisfied. I took the car in mostly for the recall and that was fine. But I'm also having a problem with the button that locks the doors on the driver side. It locks the doors but doesn't unlock the door . They did take apart the door and said that basically couldn't be fixed without changing the whole locking mechanism that it was not the button. But they didn't call me until the end of the day to come pick up the car, they didn't give me any kind of estimate

Brandyn was very professional, he was quick to assist me but was very thorough. There was a long line so he thanked me for my patience. I am always willing to wait my turn because I know I am always in good hands with Toyota. When my car was almost ready Brandyn called me and went over all my check points of my car on how it was serviced and what I needed. After I agreed, he processed my service and said my vehicle would be ready in 20 minutes. It was, and I was in and out.
