Went in the have the hybrid (energy) display checked on 2009 Prius. It was blank. All other screens worked. Was told by my service advisor that it was intermittently going out and recommended a $2100 replacement part for fix.He did not know what caused the glitch but that the whole console was the fix. After paying for the ordered part, discovered the display worked fine and never went blank after. Cancelled order next day. It Took service advisor a week to get an answer to me about a refund and then was told there would be a $250 restocking fee. I felt deceived. After filing a complaint. It was agreed to refund my $2100. I am satisfied with the outcome but not happy about experience.
