Service takes WAY too long. Even with an appointment I waited for four hours and they didn't even have time to fix a recall issue. In the same amount of time it took Toyota of Glendora to change my oil and brake fluid I was able to get new tires at Costco, drive 20 miles to Monrovia and have my coolant and transmission oil changed, then drive to Arcadia and have my alignment done, all with no appointment on a Saturday.
