I have never felt the same at any other dealer including Longo Lexus. There must something about the people at Glendora Toyota that makes customer feel very welcome. David Millan especially and the entire team is great.

Would suggest invoice indicate whether oil for oil change was synthetic or not.
On the positive side, the service was well done, timely, and all the staff were professional. Washing the car was a nice touch.
