No customer experience . Went in for an oil change. Left home. No explanation of car problems. I had to ask. No solutions to the overall fixes the car needed. I only go for oil change but the last 2 visits have been horrible. Might as well go to longo for bad service. Too bad jiffy lube can’t do my car. Or I would rather go there.
