The last two times I've taken my car in, Brendon S. has been my service tech. Both times, my service was incomplete and I had to come back for additional maintenance. This last time, all the parts weren't ordered for my service and I wasn't informed until I was called to let me know my car was ready. Inconvenient and very frustrating. David was extremely helpful and has usually been my service tech in the past. Always have been happy with him, and he did his best to fix Brendon S.'s mistake.

Toyota of Glendora 1949 Auto Centre Dr Glendora, CA. 91740 Date: January 28, 2019 Attn: Dave Davey, Service Department Manager RE: Invoice No. 946006 I have been going to Toyota of Glendora for service since 2012. My experience with your service department over that period of time has been positive. Today, not so much. I arrived about 8am and asked for the 110,000 Service on my 2012 Camry SE. I asked for the cost of the service and the Service Advisor, Brandyn Gomez, quoted $579.00. The requested service was explained and I was also informed of the recommended service due in the next 10K miles. I received a call to pick up my car. When I arrived, I walked over to the cashier and presented my service coupons that I did not have on me at the time the service ticket quote was printed. I didn’t think it would be a problem asking for the adjustment, but I was wrong. The cashier indicated I needed to revisit the ticket with Brandyn for any applicable reductions. Brandyn reviewed the ticket and indicated applicable reductions have already been applied. I explained to Brandyn that the 579.00 quote did not make mention of any coupon reductions, nor did he explain reductions at the beginning of our transaction. He apologized, but now I am left with the feeling that the service coupons were not part of the total cost for service I was asked to pay. I would like you to review my service ticket for accuracy. As a layperson, I cannot tell from the documented charges on your ticket where the service reductions were applied, if any. I walked away feeling dissatisfied with the explanation of charges, after-the-fact. When I pay for goods or services in other places, I can usually see printed reductions on my sales receipts. Because the requested coupon reductions do not appear on the final receipt, and did not get explained during the initial meet and greet, I cannot confirm I was charged correctly. As previously mentioned, I walked away feeling like I was not charged correctly. I would appreciate your feedback at your earliest convenience. Sincerely, Oscar J Balderrama P.S.
