Drop-off for maintenance service: I drove up to the service bay, there was only 1 other car there. 8 min later I was finally greeted by one of the valet guys (not service rep). He then notified Brendon Seidner to initiate the service process. Brendon did a whatever job "acting" as he cared about my car. As we walked up to his mini office, I see ~4-5 service reps just standing around talking amongst themselves. They should have at least acknowledge me. While talking to Brendon he had his back faced to me 98% of the time and had mediocre responses to my questions.
Pick-up car: It gets worse. I encounter Ben at the cashier's desk, he was so rude. When I'd ask a question he would respond with arrogance and belittlement. Moving on, I requested to speak to Brendon about my car findings and Ben said, "it should all be in the report". I am aware it was not all in the report which is why I requested to speak to Brendon. I needed information about the exact location of my tire defects. Towards the end, he tried to crack a joke but my entire experience was already screwed up with his poor attitude. I go back to Brendon who again was super short. I asked him if he can show me the location of the defect and he said, "I'll be there in a couple min". 15-17 min passed and he still hasn't attended to me, even though I parked literally right outside his office. All he needed to do was take 1-2 steps... anyway I ended driving away because of this ridiculous wait-time and unprofessional service. I will try my very best to avoid this dealership and inform other Toyota owners I know to go elsewhere.
