I only received the basic invoice. I would like to receive more of the results of the inspection like tire and brake wear etc. The advisor pointed those things out to me but I would like to receive a print-out. Longo Toyota is good about that as they automatically attach that info to the invoice.

When I powered the radio on it was at volume 36 with a radio station that is not programmed in my car. Also my AC was running when I started the car up and I had powered everything off. This means that the tech was running my AC and play my radio at an extremely high volume
